- Shipping: Customer bears return shipping costs

- Consultations: Non-returnable after completion
- Program packages: Prorated refund for unused sessions only
- Digital programs: Non-returnable once accessed

- Approval: 2-3 business days after return received
- Credit to account: 5-7 business days
